Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Content Design Manager in day-to-day content design activities.
- Scoping, editing, structuring, and publishing content on web and mobile channels.
- Innovative content design of Hubs, listing pages and content articles using available and sourced solutions.
- Design and delivery of content assets that are accurate, timely, of high quality which meet the style and brand requirements.
- Ensure user journeys are the best they can be through working across digital and publishing, using metrics, regular assessments, and surveys.
- Support the development and delivery of the business objectives including leading cross-departmental projects where appropriate and supporting the team leader on project work.
- Integrate feedback mechanisms, including members' helpline data, hotjar, into content design, including analysis and subsequent iterative development.
- Support stakeholders with their web queries, technical issues and website updates, and approve stakeholders' content sent via our CMS.
- Keep up to date with developments in digital and in user-centric content design.
- General administration including raising purchase orders and organising meetings when required.
Candidate Profile
- Good standard of education and/or relevant experience.
- Microsoft packages
- Excellent writing and editorial skills
- UX skills - user testing, focus groups, website testing, templates, hub design.
- Demonstrable experience in focussing on stakeholders and customers.
- Experience of engaging stakeholders in the development of user centric outputs
- Experience in using metrics and feedback mechanisms to develop content.
- Proven team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure with the ability to prioritise and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Significant experience in content management systems, specifically sitecore.
- Desirable: Expertise in Visme software
