Leading media publishing and events business is looking to recruit a highly talented Senior Content producer to take the lead across their flagship publication led conferences and award ceremonies.

These award-winning events range in size from 300 to over 1000 attendees, they are the leading events in their market.

Our client prides itself on its award-winning content. They have recently won the EN awards main prize and are one of only 9 events in the UK to make the shortlist for the PPA awards.  Impressively,  one of their journalists is the only trade journalist to have ever won the PPA awards.

The person will be directly responsible for content creation but will have overall responsibility for  operations, delegate revenue and awards ticket sales, with a dotted line to sponsorship and exhibition sales. This role involves direct team management.

The candidate must deliver a portfolio of conferences and awards that constantly meet and exceed attendee and financial targets whilst ensuring all stakeholder satisfaction levels remain high.

Person specification

• 3 + years experience in event/conference/awards production
• Ideally some experience across housing, finance, government or built environment content previously
• Previous team leadership or management experience is essential.
• Excellent written skills and outstanding stakeholder management
• Proven experience of speaker acquisition
