Job Title: Senior Credit Controller

Salary: Up to £40,000 (DOE) + Benefits + Bonus

Location: Nottingham (Hybrid)

Macildowie are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Credit Controller to join a dynamic Billing, Collections, and Administration team within a well-known business based in Nottingham. If you are looking to leverage your extensive credit control experience in an exceptional environment, this role could be an excellent fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support Credit Controllers, ensuring timely debt collection.
• Organise and conduct meetings with team members and lawyers.
• Prepare and present debt reports.
• Foster relationships with clients, lawyers, and colleagues.
• Recommend process improvements and ensure adherence to credit control procedures.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience as a credit control supervisor or a minimum Level 3 CICM qualification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to supervise and motivate a team.
• High numeracy skills and a good understanding of financial workings.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with legal systems like Aderant is a plus.
