Working here feels pretty outstanding and our Senior Hosts are vital in helping to lead and train our Customer Service Assistants! Therefore, we’re looking for people who strive for the best, are guest focused, and radiate passion and enthusiasm.
Acting as a role model, you’ll work closely with the Attraction Team Leaders and Supervisor in driving revenue across the department whilst delivering a friendly, courteous, efficient, and helpful service to our guests always. Taking a hands-on approach, you’ll also cover all aspects of the hosts' role.
These are seasonal, fixed term positions to support us during the main 2024 season, contracted until November. Our attractions are open daily so full availability is needed, including weekends and bank holidays.
Qualifications & Experience:- Lots of experience working in a customer facing environment
- Excellent communications skills with the ability to encourage and empower the team
- Friendly and hardworking with a "can do" demeanour
- You’ll have a keen eye for opportunities to go above and beyond.
- Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality
