An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Data Analystto join our team in Peterborough. In this role, you will oversee the efficient collection and analysis of data across all services within our treatment system. It is imperative that the performance of our services is accurately represented in both internal and external performance metrics. As such, the Senior Data Analyst position will carry the responsibility of efficiently managing data collection and analysis for all services within the treatment system. This role will particularly focus on aligning with national reporting frameworks while remaining adaptable to local data collection, analysis, and reporting requirements as they arise as well as overseeing the Data Administration and Clinical administration teams. You will also oversee the generation of prescriptions for the service working closely with the clinical team.

About the Position:
In this role, your primary responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of data processes and systems, aligning them with the requirements of all stakeholders as part of the Drug and Alcohol Recovery Service. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to facilitate the coordination of service user treatment effectively.
- Additionally, you will perform data analysis to unearth valuable insights and provide innovative suggestions for optimising service delivery as needed.
- Developing and maintaining prediction and tracking systems for performance will also be a crucial aspect of your role.
- Furthermore, you will be responsible for providing in-house case management system training and serving as the go-to expert for all matters related to NDTMS, assisting operational workers with NDTMS monitoring, local spreadsheets, case management systems, and more.
- Attending relevant meetings and forums upon request and overseeing the line management of Data Administrators/Clinical Administrators is part of your responsibilities.
About You:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Knowledge of NDTMS processes, Power Bi, and other systems
- Proficiency in IT, particularly in the use of Excel and Word
- The ability to analyse complex datasets
- Experience in report writing
- Competence in managing performance monitoring frameworks
- Familiarity with client case management systems/databases
- Experience with national reporting systems
- A deep understanding of both the technical and human aspects of data collection processes
- Flexibility to work in a manner that ensures deadlines are met
