Senior Data Analyst - London - £70,000

I am working with a market leader within the telecommunications industry who are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join their growing tech function. This organisation have placed data at the heart of its business and this has been proven by the significant investment made into the technology teams over recent years.

In this role you will be responsible for all reporting needs across the business, with a specific focus of working with the finance department. You will engage directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, before translating into technical specifications and then create informative reports. This is a role where you will be given a considerable amount of responsibility and ownership for your work.

As part of this role, you will also be responsible for some of the following:

• Use Power BI to create reports and dashboards
• Work directly with stakeholders to gather business requirements
• Use SQL and Excel to create data models
• Take responsibility for reporting across the team, manage backlogs and report to business users on report progress

This is a salaried role paying up to £70,000 per annum as a base salary depending on experience. This is a hybrid role, where you will work 3 days from the companies London based office, with flexibility on which days will require office attendance.

To be successful in this role you will have.

• Strong reporting experience with Power BI
• Experience using SQL to develop complex queries
• Strong Excel experience
• Data modelling skills
