THE COMPANY

I am working with a leading online retailer with a focus on technology, media, and books. Through eBay and Amazon, they ship over 15,000 items daily to over 100,000 customers. The company has established a Data Insights team that looks into products, customers, and competitors to identify trends and develop a deep understanding through their data. They aim to improve the overall customer journey and improve margins.

THE ROLE

• Deploy new pricing strategies to hit targets
• Evaluate the effectiveness of new initiatives through performance metrics and tracking mechanisms
• Conduct AB tests to increase conversion rates
• Analyse customer shopping trends and behaviours to develop valuable insights
• Mentoring junior analysts on the team

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Strong technical experience with SQL
• Data visualisation tool
• Expertise in pricing analytics
• Excellent communication - specifically experience dealing with various stakeholders

BENEFITS

Salary between £45,000 to £55,000 and an extensive benefits package.
