Our client is a national innovator and world leader with one of the most recognisable names within bespoke software solutions. They are continually growing and are looking for the most talented Senior Delivery Managers with technical experience to make a significant contribution to Client Delivery, Market Development and Practice Development within the organisation, whilst demonstrating leadership throughout.
We are seeking passionate Senior Delivery Managers from software development and/ or technical backgrounds with ambitions to lead by example with outstanding delivery and stakeholder management whilst applying correct project/programme management methodologies. You will have come from a strong technical background within software development and have experience of Technical Transformation, an understanding of Agile and Lean methodologies. Being a certified Scrum Master is a beneficial skill to have. As well as, being an influential consultant at all levels from Juniors to senior stakeholders.
Applicants must feel comfortable managing juniors, understanding clients and working as an advisory, providing astute solutions to complex problems. An understanding of technology trends, software development and transformation project management is also expected.
