Denholm are delighted to be working with the UK's largest mutual life, pensions, and investment company who are on the lookout for a new Senior Digital Content Designer to join their busy team.
This role is all about deepening relationships with customers through sector-leading marketing, communications and digital output, as well as utilising cutting-edge capabilities using data and technology to support campaigns and results.
Joining the Digital Transformation team, this exciting opportunity will support the development of customer-centric Digital Content. You'll be working across digital projects, providing strategic guidance, advice, insight and data-led support to business delivery areas across the group at all stages of the process - from conception to delivery.
You will also support the development of great customer experiences and build the brand in a digital environment through the design of Digital Content, maximising customers' engagement by connecting solutions with customer's needs.
What you'll be doing:
* Design, create and iteratively improve high-quality user-centred content experiences and take responsibility for content quality and the effectiveness of Digital Content solutions for content projects supported by the team.
* Review and collaboratively work with other Content Designers and marketing experts.
* Contribute to the development and raise the profile of our multi-disciplinary Digital Content practice.
* Identify and build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
* Understand, influence and collaborate with stakeholders to improve the quality of Digital Content and experiences.
Who we're looking for:
* Deep knowledge of user-centred content design practices.
* Strong understanding of digital customer experiences and user experience design principles.
* Natural collaboration skills and stakeholder management skills.
* Recent knowledge of identifying user needs and mapping user journeys.
* Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
