An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior eCommerce Manager to join a rapidly expanding online enterprise specialising in FMCG.
Role Description
As Senior eCommerce Manager, you will play a key role shaping the online commercial strategy, and have a proven background in providing strategic direction to a small but dedicated team.
You will be responsible for managing a team of account managers / executives in various categories, creating and managing Marketplace accounts for our clients, including product selection, listing optimization, and fulfilment.
You will collaborate closely with both marketing and operations to analyse performance metrics and make informed decisions to optimize client performance.
Qualifications
· 5+ years of experience within eCommerce management.
· Ideally you will have an Ecommerce, Retail or FMCG background.
· Experience working with various e-commerce platforms and technologies
· Knowledge of a range of Amazon services, including Vendor Central, Seller Central, FBA, AMS, and DSP
· Experience in creating and executing go-to-market strategies, brand campaigns, and launch plans
· Experience in leading a team and managing a P&L.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively, as well as developing original solutions to problems with an analytical mindset.
· Good commercial acumen, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
· Develop the Amazon strategy for clients which leads to business growth..
· Prepare client reports to highlight performance and identify account improvements.
· Strong leadership, people management, and team building skill
