WHAT TO EXPECT
We are looking for Senior EMC Design Engineer EDU to join our Engineering Powertrain department to supports the ongoing Electric Drive Unit EMC (Electromagnetic compatibility) projects, follow the EMC tests, review test data, make report, and participate trouble shooting activities.
In this position, you will provide technical guidance to support EMC test, requirements analysis and simulation. You will be subject matter expert in terms of technical guidance and knowledge to support EMC activities across functions and participate trouble shooting activities.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Work with an EDU technical specialist to update the EMC guideline.
- Update the EDU Technical Specialist's EMC management methodology.
- Analysis of EMC requirements.
- Provide test scenarios for EDU EMC.
- Back the EDU EMC test.
- Oversee EDU EMC troubleshooting to identify failure causes and potential fixes.
- EMC simulation for EDU components
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Strong electrical or mechanical engineering background
- Good knowledge and hands on experience in EMC design
- Good understanding and experience in electromagnetic compatibility
- Electromagnetic and circuit simulation skills
- Strong experience with electric drive system
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
