We are looking for a Fundraising and Marketing Senior Executive to join the Christmas Team who are responsible for leading the Crisis at Christmas fundraising campaign.
Title: Senior Executive (Christmas)
Salary: £47,622 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week
Location: Based in our London Office - (approx. one day a week in London but we are open to a range of flexible working options, in line with Crisis’ Hybrid-Working Policy)
About the role
As Senior Executive (Christmas), you will play a key role in delivering the Crisis at Christmas fundraising campaign. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience delivering multichannel fundraising campaigns for one of the UK’s most high-profile appeals, which raises millions of pounds every year to support our mission of ending homelessness.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have experience delivering end to end to marketing campaigns. You’ll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work across multiple projects at the same time. You will be able to use your direct marketing knowledge to support in the delivery of Crisis’ sector-leading fundraising campaign, working in collaboration with stakeholders and agency partners. You will be able to contribute to the analysis of results and impact of all direct marketing activity and ensure the smooth delivery of campaigns on time and to budget. You will be a confident line manager leading on your direct report’s development and supporting them to thrive as part of the team.
This role would suit someone who is organised, with a strong proactive approach to project management and who is comfortable in taking responsibility for income streams. You will be committed to the vision, mission, and values of Crisis. You may have experience in direct marketing or individual giving fundraising.
