Senior Events Executive

An excellent opportunity to join a leading global law firm as a Senior Events Executive. This is a great role for someone with a background in corporate events coordination in the legal or wider professional services sector.

Responsibilities Include:

• Deliver and support in-person and virtual events
• Supervise and support events from conception to execution
• Monitor budgets, proposals and vendors
• Coordinate facilities, catering, audio/visual and marketing teams
• Oversee the delegate booking process
• Manage the events calendar

Candidate Requirements

• Experience coordinating corporate events ideally in the legal or professional services sector
• Manage a number of events simultaneously
• Stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with wide ranging vendors
• Excellent communication skills

The role is based in London and hybrid working is available.
