At Clarion, our people are at the absolute heart of what we do. We’re proud that our core values of PASSION, CARE, IMAGINATION, and TRUST define the way we carry out our work across all of our exhibitions and conferences.
If you share our values and want to be a part of a successful, dynamic, and creative global business then we want to hear from you.
The Opportunity:
Clarion Gaming Digital, the business behind industry leading brands such as iGaming Business, ICE365 and iGB Affiliate, is looking to diversify its product mix by bringing in new digital products and services.
As part of the growth strategy, we are building an in-house agency team which would fuel commercial growth through including B2B marketing services, subscription, and memberships. Our leading position in B2B events space gave unprecedented access to substantial industry data and we have recently invested in Dataverse technology to help us better leverage it.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the commercial teams: memberships, subscriptions, sales with all audience related reports, queries, and ad hoc requests.
- Champion audience and customer expertise and proactively seek better ways to collect and structure audience, customer, and market insights.
- Work with the Marketing Operations team to ensure that the regular reporting produced covers and anticipates current and future needs of commercial teams.
- Leverage the reporting to modify and translate the data for specific needs, as required e.g. for sales pitches, campaign reports, case studies.
- Championing customer insight across Clarion gaming digital, becoming the “go-to” person for commercially relevant audience and customer information.
- Keep the team up-to-date on their progress against audience related KPIs. Enabling them to operate effectively, measure performance and plan new business with the audience and customer insight in mind.
