We are looking for an Insights Execution Associate to create value for clients through driving actionable recommendations from our tools.
You will deliver best in class insights using the breadth of our tools and the best of our data visualization abilities. To support the delivery of best practice insights to CPGs using full suite of tools which demonstrate measurable customer-first value creation, support collaboration between the retailer and the supplier and provide opportunities for growth in market.
Key responsibilities:
- Support Insights Execution Executives and Leads with the effective utilization of our full suite of tools for clients across team to build strong insights, stories and projects, demonstrating value and driving enhanced usage and renewal of tools
- Deliver own presentations for set of small clients within assigned categories, and manage own workplan for these to ensure efficient, on time delivery.
- Support with analysis of data and trends to identify key focus areas for clients presently and in future.
- Collaborate with Client Success counterparts to support your colleagues in recommending relevant insights for CPGs accordingly
- Support with the creation of briefs and presentations for the client
- Maintain all required skills & complete necessary training and act in line with our values and Code of Business
What we expect from you
- Hybrid role based in Cape Town (2 days per week in our Kloof Street offices)
- Bachelors degree in a relevant subject
- 1-3 years' experience in FMCG, Retail, Customer Insights, Shopper Data or Analytics
- Data interpretation / ability to tell a story using data
- Time management skills
- Attention to detail
