Responsibilities Include:
- Deliver and support in-person and virtual events
- Supervise and support events from conception to execution
- Monitor budgets, proposals and vendors
- Coordinate facilities, catering, audio/visual and marketing teams
- Oversee the delegate booking process
- Manage the events calendar
Candidate Requirements
- Experience coordinating corporate events ideally in the legal or professional services sector
- Manage a number of events simultaneously
- Stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with wide ranging vendors
- Excellent communication skills
The role is based in London and hybrid working is available.
