Key responsibilities:
- Support lawyers with client interactions, problem-solving, and documentation.
- Assist in managing lawyers' schedules, travel arrangements, and event coordination.
- Uphold firm policies and procedures while promoting innovation and efficiency.
- Take initiative in anticipating and fulfilling lawyers' needs, aiding in business development efforts.
- Handle administrative tasks including file management, correspondence, and document preparation.
- Ensure technical proficiency with software and hardware tools.
- Manage expenses, memberships, and subscriptions for lawyers and service lines.
- Support lawyers in client relationship management and billing processes.
- Adhere to pre-employment screening requirements for prospective hires.
Skills & experience:
- Previous experience in similar administrative roles, ideally within a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Word.
