THE COMPANY:
A global investment company with stunning offices in the West End are looking for a Senior Facilities Associate to join the team on a permanent basis.
THE ROLE:
The Senior Facilities Associate’s duties will include:
- Being the first point of contact for all facilities issues, resolving them quickly and effectively
- Carry out weekly and monthly workplace inspections
- Supervise in house and outsourced resources
- Oversee repairs and maintenance
- Implement and carry out periodic H&S inspections
THE PERSON:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a Facilities Associate within financial or professional services
- Ability to work independently and with initiative
- Meticulous attention to detail with a keen eye for maintaining spaces
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
