Job Title: Senior Facilities Manager
Location: London, United Kingdom
Salary: Up to 60,000 per annum
An exceptionally successful UK managing agent is looking for a Senior Facilities Manager to join their new Flexible Workspace Business in London. In collaboration with the Building and Technical Teams, you will play a pivotal role in the efficient management of multiple assets, including day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and technical onboarding of serviced offices.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the facilities management of designated buildings, ensuring efficient operations and flexibility for incoming occupiers. Coordinate the technical onboarding of new and existing serviced offices, ensuring a smooth transition in cases of operator changes. Collaborate with the flex team, managing agent FM teams, and Client Leads to meet client objectives and develop building-specific strategies. Manage contractor and supplier performance, ensuring best value, efficiency, and compliance. Ensure emergency preparedness and site security plans are in place, supporting any emergency response requirements. Lead in the management of FM Fee Income in partnership with the Client Leads and Central FM team. Engage with the Occupier Services team to implement Customer Experience frameworks and improve occupier satisfaction. Prepare and analyze service charge budgets in accordance with RICS guidance. Regularly inspect and record property conditions, standards, and occupier compliance with covenants. Develop and implement sustainability action plans, monitoring resource consumption and reducing carbon emissions. Authorize and review supplier payments, submitting funding requests to the client. Skills and Qualifications:
3 years of experience in a similar flexible working role IOSH Essential / NEBOSH Desirable certifications. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and manage a team, aligning with company values. Proficiency in meeting statutory and internal compliance requirements. Experience in managing service charge budgets and financials.
