Role Overview: As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting financial decision-making processes and providing insights to drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyse financial data, perform monthly forecasting, and evaluate capital expenditure initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing finance, possess a keen understanding of financial controls, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct monthly forecasting and variance analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Evaluate capital expenditure projects, providing financial insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimise financial processes and enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with financial controls and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare management reports and presentations to communicate financial performance and key metrics.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
Requirements:
- 3 years Post Qualified (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, CPA) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance, with a focus on manufacturing.
- Strong proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ambitious and self-motivated individual, with a desire to grow and take on increasing levels of responsibility.
- Previous experience in a larger business environment is highly desirable.
