Senior Finance Analyst

As Senior Finance Analyst you will work closely with C-Suite and Senior Management to deliver insights across the business. Your key priorities will include owning the flash reporting, working capital and cash flow forecasting. You will also work closely with the business planning team to maintain a two year rolling forecast.

My client are a well known North West employer who have a great track record of progressing careers within their Finance team. The business is multi-faceted in terms of industry and are currently undergoing a large transformation project so there is plenty of opportunity here for the right candidate.

Description

• Corporate board reporting
• Understanding and articulating key trends and points of note across the financial statements
• Supporting the business across outturn periods working in unison with the business planning team to maintain a two year rolling forecast
• Understanding working capital impacts on a monthly basis
• Supporting the working capital planning process
• Continuous development of reporting across the group

Profile

• You will have 3+ years post qualification experience with significant experience leading and delivering best in class financial analysis, in either a client service environment or though industry roles.
• You'll have experience of analysing P&L, Cashflow and Balance Sheet with previous experience working capital management an advantage.
• You'll also have experience of maintaining and managing long term financial forecasting models.
• You'll be an effective influencer, communicator and negotiator with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes (Excel/PowerPoint/Word) and accounting software (preferably SAP and/or Power BI).
• You'll also be able to prioritise your workload and work well under pressure.
