Your new company is a highly entrepreneurial, fast-paced media group who have relocated to Manchester City Centre. Due to expansion, they are looking for a Financial Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis and I thought you might be interested.
Your new role
In your new role, you will assist with the annual budget and forecast process. You will be responsible for building and maintaining financial models and reports to improve the consistence of financial planning. In addition to this, you will challenge the forecast and budget to identify risks and opportunities and provide insight into the business performance and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the Group's cashflow forecasting.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with proven experience of working in an analytical role in a finance function. You will be a strong communicator with a proactive approach and a positive attitude and be driven to progress in your career. You must have exceptional analytical skills and a strong attention to detail, along with the ability to manage your own workload in a fast-paced environment.
