Main Duties:
As an Senior Finance Assistant, your main duties include:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales transactions.
- Issue invoices and statements to customers promptly to ensure timely payment.
- Manage the collection process for any outstanding sales debt.
- Ensure the purchase ledger is consistently updated with the latest information.
- Authorise and execute two Bacs payment runs each month, adhering to the Bacs schedule.
- Post all bank transactions accurately and reconcile accounts daily for financial clarity.
- Process payroll efficiently and accurately, including gathering data, completing calculations, and submitting information to relevant authorities.
- Reconcile credit card statements and employee expenses to maintain financial accuracy.
- Provide essential support and assistance to the Management Accountant as needed.
- Complete any additional tasks as directed by the Financial Controller to support overall financial operations.

What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous transactional accounts experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Skilled user of Microsoft packages, encompassing Outlook, Word, and advanced Excel skills
