This position is ideally suited for a talented individual eager to nurture relationships, both internally and with clients, while actively seeking out new business prospects.

About You:

• Proficiency in drafting intricate loan agreements, coupled with a comprehension of intercreditor dynamics, is imperative.
• The role necessitates adeptness in transactions, delineating security parameters, supervising the preparation and negotiation of security documentation.
• Also, managing a deal team including local counsel, and adeptly navigating engagements with legal and commercial counterparts with conviction and lucidity.
• The ideal candidate should possess expertise in representing lenders, particularly financial institutions and alternative capital providers, within the realm of UK and European commercial real estate finance transactions across diverse asset classes.
• A background in loan-on-asset financings, supplemented by exposure to loan-on-loan financings, is indispensable.
• Additional advantages accrue to candidates with experience in asset due diligence and the documentation of asset sales onto repo lines.
