SalaryRobert Walters have partnered with a leading, well recognised service provider based in Nottingham who are looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis to be responsible for supporting the business by producing insightful financial information to drive profitable decision making and support the future long-term growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities as the Finance Business Partner:
You will be responsible for building relationships with the wider business and key stakeholders across the, continuing to develop the role as a trusted partner and commercial advisor to a number of SME businesses.
* Provide financial and commercial support to drive profitable decision making and growth
* Work closely with operational partners to drive business efficiencies, in both profit and cash
* Provide insight and analysis into the underlying drivers of business performance
* Lead monthly Business Review meetings and review and challenge drivers of performance
* Provide analysis on business opportunities, providing options and scenarios
* Improve the financial awareness and understanding of non-financial stakeholders
About you as the Finance Business Partner:
To be considered for this position you will be a qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA/CIMA), you wil have strong interpersonal skills and able to manage stakeholders of all levels, being self-driven and accountable to deliver results.

* Business stakeholder management and Business Partnering experience
* Management reporting of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
* Producing financial models incorporating key business drivers
* Strong system and Excel skills
* Confident in presenting financial data to stakeholders
The is great opportunity for a driven and talented Finance Business Partner seeking a senior level position.
The role offers four working days per week remotely and would require one working day per week in Nottingham.
