Working remotely, you'll collaborate with colleagues across the multi-location organisation to ensure service quality is maximised and financial performance targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead departmental budget setting and production of regular forecasts.
• Provide insightful analysis of financial performance and KPIs.
• Maintain robust financial controls and coordinate the audit process.
• Lead strategic finance-related projects and initiatives.
• Develop and mentor a team of finance professionals.

Requirements:

• CCAB qualification or equivalent.
• Substantial post-qualification experience in financial management.
• Experience leading teams and working in a matrix management structure.
• High financial awareness and ability to communicate complex information effectively.
