Senior Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who will looking to add value to an ambitious and dedicated finance team. You will have all round accountancy experience and will take lead on Income, internal control and ad-hoc projects.This position requires a strategic thinker with an appetite to learn and work in a large, dynamic multi-billion pound sector.

Description

Main responsibilities for the Senior Finance Manager:

• Lead on income (rent and service charges, internal controls and all policies)
• Ensure all financial and system data integrity
• Assist in preparation of annual business plan, company capital and revenue budgets
• Monitor and report on the financial capacity of the business
• Develop and implement financial strategies and plans
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Prepare and present financial reports and statements
• Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes
• Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance Department and other teams
• Provide financial advice to senior leadership management
• Contribute to the overall strategic planning of the company

Profile

A successful Senior Finance Manager should have:

• Professional Accountancy Qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA, or ACA) (qualified)
• Proficiency in financial software and applications
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• A proven track record in financial management
• Solid understanding of financial regulations and standards
• Excellent communication skills
