Finance Manager
Location: Oxford (Hybrid Working - 2 days in office per week)

Salary: Up to £75k
This is a great opportunity for a Finance Manager to work with operational finance and financial planning to build a rounded financial skillset. This role gives ample opportunities for professional growth, including possible future expansion of responsibilities and line management.
- Month end process including accruals and prepayments
- Preparation and/or review of balance sheet reconciliations.
- Statutory filing requirements as and when required
- Financial Reporting
Experience and education required
- Minimum 3 years experience from a Biotech/ Pharmaceutical/ Life science business
- Fully Qualified Accountant, ACA or ACCA
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics OR Mathematics
- Knowledge and experience of IFRS and UK GAAP
- US GAAP experience is desirable
- Technical understanding of financial standards in a finance role
