Main Responsibilities:
Business Partnering:
- Work closely with respective functional groups to identify key drivers for financial performance and business excellence
Investment Gatekeeper
- Handle end to end investment process including accrual, actual claim review, ROI analysis
Financial Analysis:
- Assist in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting process in rolling financial planning cycle for the business unit, consolidate financial result and forecast input to the management reporting system
- Consolidate data and provide analytical support to facilitate budget forecasting process
- Perform various analysis such as ROI, costing & profitability analysis, variance analysis to improve business performance
Reporting:
- Complete monthly analysis reports and review business unit and company performance
Ad Hoc Projects:
- Assist & support any financial process revamp & maintain financial master data
- Any ad hoc activities arising
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Finance / Accounting or related disciplines
2. Minimum 5 year working experience in business and financial analysis preferably gained from FMCG or Pharma industry or with audit background
3. Self-motivated and independent with high integrity
4. Good interpersonal communication skills
5. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
6. Computer literate with excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in Excel
7. Candidates with less experience would be considered as Financial Analyst
