Senior Fp&A Analyst

Our client, a high-growth and acquisitive group, with an exceptional reputation for talent development and reward, is looking to hire an ambitious FP&A Analyst to join its top calibre team. The role would be suited to either a talented Analyst with industry experience, or an ACA from practice looking to transfer their skills to an industry role.
This is a pivotal and visible position, supporting in all areas of the FP&A process including budgeting, forecasting, month end board, investor and lender reporting; giving the successful candidate a great breadth and exposure to the business. It's a hybrid role, with 3 days being office based.
Main duties include:
* Supporting the preparation of month end reporting templates, working closely across business units to identify and resolve data issues
* Supporting the preparation of budgeting and forecasting templates
* Developing and improving functional cost reporting
* Supporting the preparation of board presentation materials
* Undertaking financial analysis using strong excel and modelling skills
* Supporting the development of functional reporting
* Identifying and driving improvements
* Ad hoc projects as required
Key experience and skill set required:
* Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
* Strong excel skills and financial modelling experience
* Committed team player with proven ability to hit deadlines
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* The ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
* The ability to challenge senior stakeholders and operate with appropriate impact and influence.
