A highly successful and expanding Wealth Management firm, widely recognised with an excellent reputation based in London.
The Role
The Financial Planning Administrator role will provide a high level of administrative support to Wealth Management teams, including Wealth Planners and Paraplanners.
The Financial Planning Administrator will be responsible for Client Data Input and Client Record Maintenance, and will maintain the CRM database to include fund updates - Xplan, Avaloq.
The Financial Planning Administrator will issue and follow up information requests to pension providers and Life and Investment companies.
The Financial Planning Administrator will be the Internal Liaison with the Investment Managers, as well as producing Valuation Reports, monitoring transaction activity and reconciling client data.
The Financial Planning Administrator will process SIPP contributions ,transfers and withdrawals wand process top ups and withdrawals on onshore and offshore bonds
The Candidate
2-5 years minimum experience in a similar Financial Planning administration / Wealth Planning administration / IFA administration role.
Good organisational & time management skills.
A desire to gain Financial Planning qualifications.
Numerate with attention to detail.
Excellent communications skills both written and verbal.
Experience with Xplan or Avaloq - would be advantageous
