Job Description
- Drive financial planning processes and provide in-depth financial analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare budgets and forecasts.
- Develop financial models to support decision making.
- Conduct variance analysis to determine differences between projected & actual results.
- Provide financial insights that contribute to the overall business strategy.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Prepare detailed reports for management.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the finance department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful FP&A Senior Analyst should have:
- A degree in Accounting (ACA, CIMA, ACCA, etc).
- Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent Excel Skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in finance related software.
