Temp All Staffing are currently recruiting for Senior Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers to expand our growing team. We have exciting positions in various care settings throughout the region and have flexibility around day and night shifts, whichever suit your needs.
Your role will involve…..
Delivering person centred care to our clients, assessing client care needs, administering medication, personal care, social activities, promoting independence, dignity, and respect as well as leading a team of carers and acting as additional support to the service manager.

Job Role
Our senior care assistants and support workers will: –
- Manual Handling and Mobility
- Fluid and Nutritional Intake
- Medication administration
- Act as additional support to the management team
- Guide and lead a team of carers
- Personal Care
- Dressing
- Continence Care
- Promoting Independence. Choice. Dignity and respect
- Participation in recreational activities
- Provide a high level of care to the residents and assist those that require help with:
- Prompt and assist with medication when required
Education, Skills and Qualifications
- Additional training will be offered to successful candidates however, 3 month’s experience working within a Senior Care Role essential.
- A Full UK driver’s license is essential for this role.
- NVQ 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care
