  • Act as a key worker for a designated group of residents, providing companionship, and meeting their individual needs.
  • Participate in social activities within the home, fostering a sense of community and well-being.
  • Assist residents with personal hygiene requirements, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
  • Aid in dressing and grooming tasks to support residents' daily routines.
  • Safely assist residents in mobility, ensuring their well-being and preventing accidents.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members in moving and handling activities, adhering to best practices and safety guidelines.
  • Contribute to meal service and provide feeding assistance as needed, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration for residents.
  • Support individuals and groups in engaging with social and physical activities, promoting overall well-being.
  • Aid with toileting tasks, respecting individuals' varying capacities and maintaining their privacy

By taking on this senior role, you will make a significant impact in the lives of residents, enhancing their quality of care and overall experience within the home.
