Senior Housing Officer

We are currently looking for a Senior Housing Officer to work with a Local Authority to manage housing standards across a portfolio of properties.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Assist with developing policies in order to manage the housing standards
- Develop excellent relationships with stakeholders
- Inspect properties to ensure compliance with policies including with HMO licensing
- Manage cases of Harassment and Illegal Eviction
- Create a framework to ensure all targets and standards are met

Candidate requirements include, but are not limited to:

- Previous experience in private sector housing enforcement
- Understanding of housing legislations
- Experience of working in an investigative/ enforcement type role in relation to housing
