A vibrant, global company in central Guildford is seeking a temporary Senior HR Advisor to join their team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for the HR team. You will need to be a professional individual who is keen to provide high quality support. If you are organised, highly motivated and driven to work in a fast-paced environment this is the role for you! This is a 2-3 month contract position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support People Operations team on the full employee lifecycle eg employee relations, policies and procedures
- Building strong relationships wit employees across all levels
- Managing international contractor agreements
- Ensuring 100% compliance
Experience and Skills Requirements:
- Previous experience in a People Operations/HR role
- Experience working internationally across cultures
- Excellent communication skills
- An eye for detail
- The ability to work independently
