We are recruiting an experienced Senior HR Advisor to deliver and develop a full spectrum of HR services which drives business performance and contributes to the goals and the core values of the organisation.
A leading charity aimed at providing support within the social care industry.
What are the day-to-day duties of the Project Officer role?
• Work in partnership with the Senior HR Business Partner, Director of People & Recruitment and Executive Management team
• Provide professional, effective and customer focused HR expertise to the organisation in accordance with the organisations Policies and Procedures.
• To develop, implement and maintain efficient HR processes, policies and procedures.
• To provide HR support to managers and to liaise with staff and engage with people we support, sometimes attending services if required.

Requirements Skills and Qualifications
• Proven experience in a HR team at Advisor or Business Partner level
• Sound knowledge of employment law relating to recruitment and on boarding, and of good practice.
• Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) and ability to use HR systems/databases to input and extract data. A positive attitude to change and demonstrable ability to problem solve in a creative and positive way.
• CIPD Level 3 or equivalent.
