We are a rapidly growing Education HR Consultancy who work with maintained schools, single academies and Multi Academy Trusts across Staffordshire and beyond. We currently support over 200 clients with all their employee relations requirements and are proud of the success we have achieved based on our delivery of an outstanding client-focused service.
Due to the growth of our company and popularity of services offered, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to join our team to support Insight HR’s continued growth.
We are passionate about education and about supporting our clients to help their learners achieve the very best educational outcomes. We recognise the importance of accessible, prompt, pragmatic and accurate HR support, advice and guidance and know how valued our additional service offerings can be to alleviate some of the HR burdens from our clients.
Such additional services include; disciplinary and grievance investigations, TUPE support, training, recruitment support, policy development and mediation.
Our clients already benefit from a number of training courses and we are looking to extend this offering to include regular briefings, HR skills development and webinars.
The successful candidate will work closely with our existing Insight HR team to deliver outstanding support to our clients on all aspects of employee relations.

The successful candidate will share our passion to support education and have a high degree of emotional intelligence with the ability to influence, coach and build strong working relationships with the Senior Leaders they will be supporting. They will be a confident presenter and have a commitment to their own professional development.
Insight HR is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff to share this commitment. This post involves working in schools and is exempt from the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. We will check with the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) to see if you have any criminal convictions. As posts in schools are 'Regulated Activity' the barred list for children will also be checked. You must disclose details of all unspent and unfiltered spent reprimands, formal warnings, cautions and convictions.
