Description
This interim Senior HR Business Partner opportunity is a truly commercial role. Key responsibilities:
- Define the specific people plans and key deliverables in partnership with the directors and their leadership teams
- Provide guidance and support strategic workforce planning and talent acquisition to meet business goals
- Support the business area with all recruitment, working with business leaders to ensure that the best possible talent is appointed
- Work with the directors to ensure that their business leaders, managers of people and individual contributors performance standard / role profiles reflect the needs of the business
- Recommend and implement initiatives to enhance organisational efficiency and effectiveness, employee engagement, and team dynamics
- Support in the design and implementation of talent development programs
- Lead the Performance, Talent and Reward cycle for your business areas
- Lead the company's annual engagement survey
- Support in the design, implementation, and adoption of the new HRIS
- Ensure all employment law, regulations and procedural and governance standards are met regarding compliance, and industry codes of practice
Profile
This is a superb opportunity for an experienced, commercial Senior HR Business Partner. To be successful, you need to be/have:
- Min degree educated or equivalent - preferably MCIPD
- Extensive HRBP experience ideally from within the manufacturing sector or similar
- Proven track record of leading change to enhance business performance
- Experience of supporting cultural change and increasing engagement & enablement
- Proven experience in handling sensitive employee relations matters
