Senior Ifa Administrator

A boutique financial planning firm based in Liverpool is looking for a Senior IFA Administrator to join the team. You will play a pivotal role in providing crucial administrative and technical support, acting as the lead to the admin team and running a small but busy office. In return, you will receive a salary of up to £35,000 per annum, along with a range of benefits including a bonus scheme, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and your birthday, a cycle to work scheme, 10x death in service, private medical insurance, and a pension scheme. 
If you have experience in the role, or the operations of a busy office, and can support Financial Advisors and Paraplanners in a fast paced and demanding working environment, this could be the role for you. 
As Senior IFA Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting Paraplanners in research and analysis to meet client needs and objectives.
• Assisting Paraplanners in the implementation of new business.
• Developing and maintaining internal relationships to ensure business flow and meet targets.
• Contributing to the smooth running of the administrative function within the business.
• Ensuring all business activities are responsible, compliant, and meet legislative requirements.
• Managing new business recording and submission.
• Communicating and recording product and planning analysis results.
• Liaising with product providers and relevant third parties.
• Handling individual workflow and task delivery.
• Assist the business with other administrative tasks.

We’re looking for a Senior IFA Administrator with the following skills and experience:

• A background in IFA
• Experience leading junior team members, preferably IFA Admin teams
• The ability to support the running of a small office.
• The ability to work on site 5 days per week (with some flexibility)
• Ideally R01 qualified, or working towards (not essential)
