Immediate Start - Snr HR Administrator role
Contract: Temporary (5 weeks+)
Location: Seaforth, Liverpool (fully onsite)
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 (hourly equivalent)
Hours: Monday - Friday, office hours
Interview: 1 stage
The Senior HR Administrator role will be an integral member of the HR Team during the temporary contract. The main purpose of the role will be managing current absences across the business - you will provide first-class administration support to managers, including fact finding, reporting and note taking.
Main Responsibilities of the Snr HR Administrator:
* Carrying out fact-finding calls with employees regarding their current absence
* Daily absence briefings with management - recording and reporting
* Minute taking in disciplinary meetings
* Being organised, conscientious and efficient in order to deal with high case loads
Essential requirements of the Snr HR Administrator:
* Several years' experience within HR admin duties
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Exposure to absence management
* Experience taking notes in disciplinary meetings
* CIPD Lv. 3 (or equivalent) and above
