My client is an Award-Winning Logistics company, boasting an international reputation and massive growth plans over the next 5 years. They are currently seeking a Senior HR Advisor on a 6-12-month FTC basis to join their friendly and collaborative HR team.
Your new role
My clients is a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation, seeking a Senior HR Advisor/BP to join their vibrant team. This role involves collaborating closely with operational leaders, addressing critical workforce challenges, and ensuring a harmonious and engaged employee experience. You will be responsible for advising and supporting managers and staff on day-to-day employee relations matters including disciplinary, capability, grievance, performance management, bullying and harassment and probation issues, ensuring policies are followed and risks managed, as well as managing the relationships of trade unions. This is a contract role for 6 -12 months, onsite based in Crosby, Liverpool (1 day at home).
