The Opportunity:

We are currently recruiting for aSenior Immigration and Compliance Advisorto support international students at the Arden Study Centre in Berlin.
The role holder will be required to implement and oversee the University’s immigration processes in accordance with German authorities. It will include liaison with the recruitment and admissions teams, ensuring all requirements for the visa and enrolment process have been met as well as ongoing residence permit and record management of international students in the Berlin Centre.
In addition, the role will hold responsibility as the main point of contact for the German immigration authorities. A strong level of competence and understanding of the German language and student immigration law is essential.
About You:
We would like to hear from applicants with a proven track record of relevant work experience in a student immigration advisory service and experience of working in a higher education setting.
Ability to work proactively in collaboration with colleagues to ensure the highest levels of support and customer service are provided as well as signposting to key services as required.
Comprehensive knowledge of the visa regulatory requirements in Germany as the role holder will be required to understand and implement the University’s Immigration processes in accordance with German authorities.
