Are you looking for an opportunity to step up as a Senior Individual Giving Officer? We are thrilled to be working with a national health charity as they look for a passionate and driven Senior Individual Giving Officer to join their team. This wonderful organisation is the only UK-wide charity funding vital research and racing towards effective treatments to stop Cystic Fibrosis.
As Senior Individual Giving Officer, you will play a key role in developing and delivering the Individual Giving Programme with plenty of opportunity to design and implement your own strategy for income growth. This role will see you take ownership over a range of DM campaigns for a variety of supporter and prospect audiences, creating insight-led targeting and producing the most effective and engaging cases for support.
This fabulous organisation has an employee-led Diversity Strategy Group and is currently developing a new Equality Diversity & Inclusion strategy, which will see the teams receiving even more training. They are also offering some great flexibility, with the option of either being London-based (2 days per week) or home-based (fully remote), and will consider flexible working requests.
To be a great Senior Individual Giving Officer, you will need:
- Experience managing DM campaigns in complex DM programmes (ideally within the charity sector)
- Experience working with data selection and segmentation, as well as conducting post-campaign analysis
- Experience of delivering excellent results within agreed budgets and on schedule

Salary: £33,000 - £38,000 (+£3000 LW if applicable)
Location: London Hybrid OR Home-based
Working pattern: Full-time, 35 hours. Flexible/Compressed hours considered
