Our client, a well established designer and manufacturer of electrical products is seeking an experienced internal customer salesperson to deal with: incoming customer enquiries; technical project requests; providing essential customer service excellence; fast response to customer queries; able to deal with multiple enquires; prioritise and manage customer expectations within a demanding tight deadline. You will be answering customers’ questions, resolving their concerns and providing additional information via calls and emails; building up quotes with support from technical and production department as required; explaining the basic features of the product range on the phone when requested; processing orders on to Sage; chasing down old project quotes which are past their close initial date
The ideal candidate should have a good order processing background and ideally from a technical/ electrical sector to pick up the technical aspects of this product range.
