We have an exciting opportunity in IT Services for a Senior IT Asset Support Technician with a passion for managing a customer focused, IT support team providing proactive IT support. You will join an established, dynamic and friendly team delivering excellent customer centric IT Asset support to all users of the University IT facilities. You will be motivated, enthusiastic and trusted to take ownership of work streams, initiate new processes, and contribute to continuous service improvement. You will have experience of engaging with a wide range of stakeholders with a focus on improving the customer experience. You will have an IT industry qualification with excellent IT skills/knowledge and experience of working in and managing an IT support environment. You will have the ability to analyse and develop creative solutions to solve problems; and to assess and organise resources and plan and progress work activities effectively and efficiently.
