Senior IT Infrastructure Technician - Trinity Multi Academy Trust

The central IT team provide vital support with new IT systems, along with continuing to support our existing systems in all academies and initiatives.
We are seeking to appoint a Senior IT Infrastructure Technician to join our infrastructure team based in Halifax. The role entails the monitoring, development, maintenance, and delivery of a responsive, effective, and compliant IT service across the trust, whilst also providing support and guidance to IT technicians and apprentices.
What we need:
- 5 or more GCSE’s (or equivalent) at C or above, including English and Maths
- Relevant professional qualification, or working toward e.g., MCSE, CCNA, ITIL
- Proven experience within an IT infrastructure support environment
- Excellent technical networking skills
- In depth knowledge in the configuration of devices running Windows 10/11/Server, Microsoft 365 & Office applications
Although based in Halifax, as a member of the central IT Team, you will be required to work as part of a large team across a range of sites, and therefore it is essential that you are able to drive and have the use of a car for business use.
