Are you ready to build a leading and meaningful career? As an IT Senior Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for the end user experience and delivery of end user IT services. This role will perform the day-to-day front of in-house IT activities so that Customer Experience, Service Excellence & Design and IT Service delivery lead objectives are met.
As the ideal candidate, you will oversee a team of technical support specialists, ensuring the timely resolution of IT issues, and providing advanced technical expertise to internal teams. You will lead and mentor a team of technical support specialists, manage the day-to-day operations of the technical support team, act as a point of escalation for complex technical issues, collaborate with other IT teams and departments, develop and maintain technical documentation, stay up-to-date with the latest technologies AI,AR, VR, trends, handle customer inquiries and escalations, participate in on-call rotations and off-hours support as needed, and manage the Change board.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- Strong experience of working in an ITIL and Lean focused environment
- Strategic assessment, with an enterprise mindset
- Drive future innovation and continuous improvement
- Demonstrated leadership capability
- Knowledge of developing AI technologies
- Experience in IT support roles, with a focus on providing technical support to end-users
- Strong technical proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues across multiple platforms (Windows, macOS)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) are a plus
- Experience with IT service management tool ServiceNow is preferred
