Senior Legal Counsel - Remote Working

Your role will be extremely varied. You'll have responsibility for:
* Drafting, and negotiating contracts in respect of funding, IP, software/IT and services
* Supporting on all legal and regulatory matters; being both reactive and proactive
* Assisting with Intellectual property licensing, brand management and protection
* Keeping up to date with any changes to legislation that might affect the organisation and provide guidance accordingly
* Working collaboratively with the legal team, and other internal stakeholders
This opportunity would ideally suit a 4- 7+ pqe lawyer; you may already be in-house or be looking to make your first move into an in-house team. It is essential that you're passionate about working in the not-for-profit sector, and that you can tackle work with a pragmatic approach.
You'll need to have experience in commercial law and have ideally worked in a well-regarded law firm or in-house team.
As this role is mostly remote, you'll need to be a self-starter. You will work within a collaborative and supportive legal team but must be confident getting stuck in and championing your personal development.
