We seek an enthusiastic Senior Leisure Assistant to join our team at Tides Leisure centre, Deal, and share in our mission ‘to improve the health, wellbeing, and lifestyle of everyone within our communities’ as well as our vision to ‘Live Better with Your Leisure’"!
You will hold a current NPLQ*, or have the ability to complete this qualification*, and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
Our Senior Leisure Assistant role is a flexible and varied, multi-skilled role, focusing on covering team members leave throughout the year. This includes covering for our Team Supervisor and Leisure Assistants and is an ideal opportunity for anyone looking to enhance their career within the Leisure Industry and further develop with an aim to advancing into Management.

You will need to be flexible in your approach to work as regular evenings and weekend are necessary.
